When a young woman believes - a young woman achieves!

Making the transition into the adult world can be daunting.  As women we are told we can ‘ have it all’ – be ‘ anything we desire’ .

 - But what does this really mean?

 - How do you work through the choices to be made?

- How do you cope in an 'insta' perfect world?

With so much emphasis on being successful and of course on the way we look, it is vital our young women are supported and given the tools to find their path, their way!

#Roaring4Life offers both 121 support in the safety of the therapy room and group settings in schools and colleges.

121 #Roaring4Life Support

Working with young women from age 13 upwards it gives a space to be heard and the safety to have a voice. Giving support for symptoms such as OCD, Self- Harm, Anxiety, Stress or Overwhelm it provides the tools needed to make positive change.  Each session is full of informative activities to help bring to life the discussions needed in order to elicit the change.

Talks, Workshops and Coaching Groups

Available to any organisation which supports groups of girls aged 13 upwards these interactive workshops focus on some of the key topics being discussed by our young women.

 -  What does mean to have choice to me?

 -  How do I see myself?

 -  What do they mean by self-esteem, self-confidence, social anxiety and resilience?

Creating the ability to make healthy choices about self -image and relationships and taking time to dive into these important topics.

The programme can be adjusted to meet the organisations needs and tailored to the best approach.

The programme includes 121 Coaching Follow Up's and creation of Peer Coaching Groups.

The Bemoore Foundation.

Support should be available for all. Therefore I have launched the Bemoore Foundation.

A community interest company division of Bemoore specifically aimed at providing funded workshops to schools and organisations which cannot go through the private practise route.

Our initial 6 week  programme has been successfully trialled and we are now back in schools running cohort 2.

We want to provide a stable platform to support and nurture self esteem for our young people.

Please check out the Foundation page and see how you can support and get involved.
